GUIDELINES FOR POSTERS
Recommended Size: The poster should be of A0 size (84cm x 119cm). The orientation of the poster must be vertical (portrait).
Heading: A header including the title, author name(s), contact information and organization(s) should be included at the top of the poster. The recommended lettering size is 3 cm.
Structure: The content of each poster should be clearly divided into sections. https://assignmentdone4you.com Numbering the individuals panels, or connecting them with arrows, helps the viewer to view the poster.
Legibility: The poster should be readable from a distance of at least 3m. Suggested sizes are a minimum graph size of 25cm, section heading letters of 2cm, and text and figure lettering not less than 1cm.
Aesthetics: Clearly label diagrams, tables, graphs, images etc. Keep your design simple. It is usually best to use a light background with dark text.
Presentation: Authors may prepare additional material, such as A4 sized prints of the poster, to distribute to other participants. A handout should expand on the main concept(s) in the poster, and business cards or personal information cards are useful for delegates who are interested in contacting you for further information.
Each poster will be allocated a Poster Number, which will be listed in the Programme and the Abstract Book. The posters will be arranged in groups according to the categories given in the Call for Papers.
Each presenter will be assigned a poster board that measures 1m wide x 2m high.
Velcro coin fixings will be provided for the poster boards. Pins or other fixings are not permitted.
Delegates will be welcome to view posters at any time during the Congress.
Delegates presenting posters will be contacted nearer the time full details of location, access times for setting up and taking down etc.
